At the brilliant start there are shows with Gustav Klimt and Hundertwasser - In the wake of the Vienna Secession. Creative director Gianfranco Iannuzzi once again succeeds in transforming Hundertwasser's art into a truly psychedelic experience.
Culturespaces has opened the first permanent exhibition center for immersive art in Hamburg in April 2025. As in all of its other international locations, Culturespaces looked for a place that carried the city's DNA and history - and found it in Überseequartier in HafenCity.
The undulating design of the facade and the reconstruction of a ship's bow in the building's main hall pick up on maritime themes architecturally.
