Heinz M. Springmann met Friedensreich Hundertwasser in 1989 and implemented the “Living beneath the rain tower” project for him in Plochingen. Further collaborations developed from this. Hundertwasser has found a congenial partner in him who implements his concepts, his ideas, his concerns and his philosophy in the planning.
