40th anniversary of the anti-nuclear poster PLANT TREES - AVERT NUCLEAR PERIL

18. November 2020
The poster was donated and handed over to Ralph Nader's Critical Mass Energy Project in Washington. On the occasion of "HUNDERTWASSER DAY" in Washington, D. C., on November 18, 1980, proclaimed by Mayor Marion Barry, Jr., the first 12 of 100 trees were planted in Judiciary Square.
The poster was used in the following years for various anti-nuclear campaigns, with the proceeds benefiting the respective citizens' initiatives.
