Hundertwasser designed the watch case, the hands, the winder as well as the calligraphy on the back. The watch faces are printed onto metal foil using the reflection printing process. The artist's signature was imprinted onto the sewn leather watch straps.
The watch The Seventh Day: Rest and Contemplation is not available on its own, but exclusively as part of the entire Hundertwasser Genesis Edition of seven watches. 1,997 complete editions were produced.
