Hundertwasser's comment on the work
One puts on a hat. When people go through a street wearing high hats, the architectural appearance of the city is changed. When someone wants to be bigger than he is, he wears elevator shoes, even walks on stilts and wears crowns or high hats on his head. If top hats are very high and big, one can fly with them, so that one has to hang onto the hat. Then one does not wear a hat, the hat wears one.
