Hundertwasser's comment on the work

Siegfried Poppe and I, we had great respect for each other. I was often invited to visit him and his wife in Hamburg. Poppe was no conformist trend collector. He was an outsider, just like me. He only collected what he liked. Actually that is a logical, normal way of going about it - why can't the art world be made up of people like that?
