The seven-colour original silk screen print with silver embossing was created for and bound into the limited deluxe edition of the illustrated book "Hundertwasser Regentag"m published by Bruckmann Verlag, Munich, in 1972.
Hundertwasser created the graphic print in cooperation with the printer Günter Dietz, Lengmoos.
250 copies of the deluxe edition of the book are signed by Friedensreich Hundertwasser and the author Manfred Bockelmann and numbered in Arabic. In addition, a further 50 artist and archive copies that were not for sale were produced and numbered in Roman numerals.
